Right of withdrawal for vouchers purchased online
If you, as a consumer, have purchased a voucher via our website www.englhof.at, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you receive the voucher. For vouchers sent electronically, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the voucher by email.

of your decision to withdraw from the contract for the voucher purchased online by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email. Our Voucher Widget also provides a direct "Withdraw" link and withdrawal function.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the fourteen-day withdrawal period has expired.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal either via the online withdrawal form below or through our Voucher Widget. After submitting your withdrawal, you will promptly receive electronic confirmation that your withdrawal declaration has been received.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract for the voucher purchased online, we will reimburse all payments received from you in connection with this contract, including any costs incurred for our least expensive standard delivery option.
Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us will not be reimbursed.
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from the contract.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional charges as a result of the reimbursement.
A voucher that has been validly withdrawn will be deactivated and can no longer be redeemed.
No statutory right of withdrawal for vouchers purchased on site
The statutory right of withdrawal described here applies to vouchers purchased by consumers via our website www.englhof.at as part of a distance contract. This statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal generally does not apply to vouchers purchased directly on site at Hotel Englhof.
No right of withdrawal for certain services tied to a specific date
The statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded if the subject of the contract is an accommodation service, catering service or another leisure service and a specific date or period for the provision of the service has already been agreed at the time the contract is concluded.
This applies, for example, to contracts or vouchers that are exclusively valid for a specifically agreed stay, event or other service on a particular date.
The statutory right of withdrawal generally applies to standard Hotel Englhof value vouchers purchased via our website that are not tied to a specific date or period at the time of purchase.
