Information for your stay
Booking conditions
After successful booking (e-mail, website or telephone) you will receive a written booking confirmation with the deposit details. If the prices in the booking confirmation differ, the prices according to the price list always apply. A deposit of € 100,- is due per booked room, which you can transfer with our international bank transfer details.
Payment conditions
Should you wish to transfer a large part of the invoice amount in advance, please let us know by e-mail so that we can give you a "reason for payment" in order to be able to allocate the payment correctly.
Otherwise you can pay your room bill during your holiday in CASH, with MAESTRO - Bankomat card, with EUROCARD (MASTERCARD) or VISA.
Any ski passes we may have obtained will be ready for collection at reception on the morning after arrival and can be paid together with the hotel bill during your stay using the above-mentioned means of payment.
Cancellation fees
It is always annoying when something comes up. For you, because the long-awaited holiday does not take place, and for us, because rooms remain free that would otherwise have been booked by other guests.
The following cancellation fees apply:
- Up to 1 month before the start of the holiday no cancellation fees (we will transfer the deposit or credit it for a holiday within the next calendar year).
- Cancellation from 30 to 8 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 1 day before the arrival will be charged 80% of the total amount.
- In case of no-show or early departure, we reserve the right to charge the full price.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance!
Your carefree package
At the Englhof in the Zillertal you always book carefree! Because should there be a travel warning, closure of the ski areas or a renewed lockdown, you can cancel free of charge at any time.
For all other situations, our usual cancellation conditions apply!
